How We Collaborate with You
Client Engagement and Candidate Integration Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation with Potential Client
We begin by scheduling a comprehensive meeting with the prospective client to understand their specific needs, organisational culture, and staffing requirements. This discussion lays the groundwork for a successful partnership.
Step 4: KGA Induction Program for Candidates
KGA will provide a comprehensive induction program for the selected candidates. This program is designed to familiarise them with the client’s operations, culture, and specific role requirements, ensuring they are well-prepared to integrate smoothly into the team.
Step 7: Management of Wage Subsidies
KGA will manage wage subsidies on behalf of our clients, streamlining the financial aspects of hiring. Our team will navigate the necessary processes to maximize available funding and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Step 2: Industry-Specific Company Analysis
Following the initial consultation, we conduct an in-depth analysis of the client’s industry to identify suitable candidates. This involves assessing market trends, skill requirements, and potential talent pools to ensure we align our efforts with the client’s expectations.
Step 5: Client Selection of Candidates
After the induction process, the client will have the opportunity to review and choose the best candidates based on their performance and fit within the organization. This selection is crucial for ensuring long-term success.
Step 3: Finalisation of Referral Arrangement
Once we have identified the most suitable candidates, we finalize the referral arrangement. This agreement outlines the terms of collaboration, including expectations, timelines, and any relevant contractual details.
Step 6: Client Management of Employee Contracts and Onboarding
Once candidates are selected, the client will be responsible for arranging employment contracts and onboarding processes, whether for casual, part-time, or full-time positions. Our team will provide guidance to facilitate a smooth transition.
