Step 4: KGA Induction Program for Candidates

KGA will provide a comprehensive induction program for the selected candidates. This program is designed to familiarise them with the client’s operations, culture, and specific role requirements, ensuring they are well-prepared to integrate smoothly into the team.

Step 7: Management of Wage Subsidies

KGA will manage wage subsidies on behalf of our clients, streamlining the financial aspects of hiring. Our team will navigate the necessary processes to maximize available funding and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Step 2: Industry-Specific Company Analysis

Following the initial consultation, we conduct an in-depth analysis of the client’s industry to identify suitable candidates. This involves assessing market trends, skill requirements, and potential talent pools to ensure we align our efforts with the client’s expectations.

Step 5: Client Selection of Candidates
